Pressure wash + prep cleaning
Every deck and fence is pressure washed before staining. We use deck-safe pressure and the right detergent to open the wood grain for maximum stain penetration.
Light sanding if needed
Rough boards, raised grain, and splinter areas sanded smooth before application. Railings and spindles included.
Old stain stripping
Failing, peeling, or incompatible old stain stripped before new stain is applied. Stain over failing stain just peels again — we do it right.
Stain application — boards, railings & posts
Premium semi-transparent or solid stain applied to all deck boards, railings, posts, and fascia boards. We work in the grain, not against it.
Fence staining
Privacy fences, picket fences, and split-rail fences stained on both sides. Linear footage pricing for long fence runs.
Deck condition assessment
We note soft boards, loose fasteners, and structural issues during prep. You get a condition report — we can handle minor repairs or refer you to the right trade.
