Downspout flush
Every downspout flushed with water to confirm flow is clear end-to-end. Blockages are cleared or reported if pipe access is needed.
Slope check
We check that gutters still pitch toward the downspout correctly. Sags and low spots are noted — standing water means mosquitoes and overflow.
Debris bagged and hauled
Everything we pull out leaves with us. No piles on your lawn, no debris on the driveway.
Fascia & gutter condition report
We note loose spikes, separated seams, rust, and damaged sections. You get a written summary of what we found after every visit.
Add-on: gutter guard installation
After cleaning, we can install mesh gutter guards to reduce how often cleaning is needed. Quoted separately after assessment.
